Each house has a different rhythm and pace and we look to meet each person’s needs as individuals.
With this in mind we are trying to broaden and further develop the range of activities, work and leisure opportunities available.
For some people this may mean helping them to take their first steps towards employment, perhaps by volunteering but we also have a wide and ever-increasing range of social and leisure activities, including trips out, theatre, shows and other entertainment, membership of clubs.
We run a coffee morning each Friday in Filton to which anyone with learning disabilities is welcome and some of our residents are active members of Golden Hill Community Allotment Association where they are able to use an accessible garden area with decking and raised beds.
Our aim is to help everyone to achieve their full potential and have fun along the way.
