We have an effective and committed board of trustees who are responsible for the governance of the organisation. Together with a skilled and dedicated staff team they are responsible for ensuring we provide good quality, caring and respectful support.

Alongside our staff team, our volunteers make a huge impact. Volunteers support us in lots of different ways depending on their skills, experience and interests. This can range from singing with the people we support through to offering technical views on architecture and a huge variety in between. Time commitments and roles are agreed to suit each volunteer, and volunteers will be supported by staff.
